i recently visited the Ministry of Information,Communications and the Arts headquarters at Hill Street and i stumbled upon a photographic exhibition called Canvas, specially commissioned for the VIP delegates of the International Monetary Fund-World Bank meeting in Singapore in September 2006. 14 photographers took part in this exhibition, each with their personalised interpretation of a given theme to suggest possibilities of how Singapore as a city could be experienced.
